As we kick off Global Brain Health Week, it is an honor to share our first public reading of ‘My Brain My Brain My Beautiful Brain’ by me Shawn ‘The Creative Kid’ Letford and my mom in Dallas, TX at the world renown Center for BrainHealth.
Center for BrainHealth invited me to share my book with the families at their ‘Family Fair’ last week and their event was amazing.
Brain health, and the building of brain skills, should start at my age or even younger and this is a topic we ALL should be aware of.
